Overview
Most stick vacuums are judged on suction and bought on weight. The VortexIQ Pro adds a third thing that turns out to matter more in daily use: it shows you where the dirt is. NeoSight uses green light with a wide 150° spread, and green light makes fine dust, hair and dander visible against a floor in a way a normal headlight does not. In practice this changes how you clean — you stop going over the same patch and start going where the dust actually is.
Around that, Levoit fits the tool set you need for a house with pets rather than only floors. The TripleStrike roller is designed against hair wrap, which is the failure that otherwise requires scissors and patience, and a mini motorized brush is included specifically for fabric — sofas, beds and stairs, which are exactly where pet hair accumulates and exactly where a standard floor head does nothing. Filtration is five-stage HEPA, which matters if you are vacuuming to reduce allergens rather than only to remove visible debris.
Two practical notes. The 60-minute runtime is the longest in this comparison, but it is measured with the crevice tool — expect materially less with the powered floor head, as the listing itself notes.
